The goal of each stage is the same - to move on To the next stage. Because any perfectly executed sales stage, after which the client says goodbye, hangs up, or disappears, is not a result.

So, the next result you need to achieve is confidently moving the client from stage to stage. In practice, this means welcoming the client and establishing a rapport with them so they're ready to answer your questions to identify their needs. Ask questions so that the need to listen to your presentation (essentially, the solutions you can offer—the benefits) arises before you start praising your product. Moreover, you need to ask enough questions so that the need has time to develop, and latent needs become explicit. If you rush, the client may lose interest in the conversation before you get to solving their problems. Finally, after explaining how great the solution can be, you need to feel convinced that this is what they need. Then they'll be sure to reach your shared goal, whether that's setting a meeting, agreeing to a commercial proposal, agreeing to an invoice, etc.

Besides incentive systems, company managers are most often concerned with sales forecasting. It takes into account the seasonal impact on sales results by observing the seasonal trend, giving the most recent year of observation more weight than the previous one, accounting for the degree of variation in values and the impact of unforeseen and variable factors on sales results: the presence or absence of discounts, promotions, special offers, various types of advertising, sales, etc. Scenario forecasting is also possible to achieve the desired result. We offer both commissioned data analysis for sales forecasting (usually three years of data are analyzed to track the impact of seasonal factors), and training for employees in relevant forecasting skills.
